Dział z Eure ma 23 kantonów od czasu do kantonów redystrybucji 2014 , które doprowadziły do wyboru 46 resortowych radnych na kadencję 2015-2021.

Okres od 1984 do 2014 roku

Departament Eure miał 43 kantony pod koniec podziału kantonalnego w 1984 roku, który przeszedł do trzech podziałów:

Reforma z 2014 roku

Kontynuując reformę terytorialną zapoczątkowaną w 2010 r., Zgromadzenie Narodowe ostatecznie przyjęło 17  kwietnia 2013 r . Reformę systemu głosowania w wyborach resortowych, mającą na celu zagwarantowanie równości między mężczyznami i kobietami . Ustawy (ustawa organiczna 2013-402 i ustawa 2013-403) zostały ogłoszone w dniu17 maja 2013. Nowy podział terytorialny określa dekret z dnia25 lutego 2014dla działu Eure . Wchodzi on w życie w czasie pierwszego generalnego odnowienia zgromadzeń departamentów po opublikowaniu dekretu, albo wmarzec 2015. Radni departamentów są wybierani mieszaną większością głosów dwumianowych. Wyborcy z każdego kantonu wybierają do Rady Departamentów, nową nazwę dla Rad Generalnych, dwóch członków różnej płci, którzy stoją w parach kandydatów. Resortowych radni wybierani są na 6 lat większością głosów w dwóch turach dwumianowych, dostęp do drugiej rundy wymagającą 10% zarejestrowanych w 1 st  rundzie. Ponadto odnowieni są wszyscy doradcy wydziałowi.

Ta nowa metoda głosowania wymaga redystrybucji kantonów, których liczbę dzieli się przez dwa z zaokrągleniem w górę do następnej nieparzystej jednostki, jeśli ta liczba nie jest nieparzystą całością i przy spełnieniu minimalnych warunków progowych. W Eure liczba kantonów spada zatem z 43 do 23.

Kryteria przebudowy kantonów są następujące: terytorium każdego kantonu musi być określone zasadniczo na podstawie demograficznej, terytorium każdego kantonu musi być ciągłe, a gminy liczące mniej niż 3500 mieszkańców są w całości włączone do tego samego kantonu. Nie ma odniesienia ani do granic okręgów, ani do granic okręgów ustawodawczych.

Zgodnie z licznymi decyzjami Rady Konstytucyjnej od 1985 r., Aw szczególności decyzją nr 2010-618 DC z dnia9 grudnia 2010przyjmuje się, że zasada równości wyborców pod względem kryteriów demograficznych jest przestrzegana, gdy stosunek liczby radnych do liczby mieszkańców w okręgu wyborczym mieści się w przedziale 20% po obu stronach średniego stosunku radnych do liczby mieszkańców w departamencie. W przypadku departamentu EURE populacja referencyjna to legalna populacja obowiązująca w dniu1 st styczeń 2013, czyli rocznik 2010, czyli 586 543 mieszkańców. W 23 kantonach średnia populacja na radnego departamentu wynosi 25 502 mieszkańców.
